Jibuy Refund Policy

At Jibuy, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted and how you can initiate a return or refund process.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund if:

The product delivered is damaged, defective, or not as described.

The product is wrongly delivered or does not match the order.

You cancel your order before it is shipped.

You return the product within the allowed return window (see below).


2. Conditions for Returns and Refunds

To qualify for a refund:

The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Certain products such as perishables, personal care items, custom goods, or items marked “non-returnable” are not eligible for refund.


3. How to Request a Refund

Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable).

Our team will guide you on how to return the product to the nearest dispatch center or arrange pickup if applicable.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method or MPESA, depending on the method used during purchase.

If a replacement is preferred instead of a refund, please let us know during your request.


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact us immediately upon delivery.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

Check your MPESA or bank account again.

Contact your bank or MPESA provider; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
